Starbucks

It's a Starbucks. But as a tourist I must say it was 10 times more expensive than I could imagine. 23 lei for a small cup of hot chocolate? Damn..

There was a huge line in front of it, it was later than the opening hours, the staff there inside and no one would open it, just staring at everyone's faces and laughing. Terrible!

Terrible service due to the staff. Told me they did not have an ingredient for my drink but it would taste the same. Far from tasting the same, asked them to give me something else instead and they refused to. Made me pay for another drink. Do not have any peoples skills, do not know how to speak proper romanian. Talked to me as if I should know all the recipes to the drinks. Safe to say will not comjng back to this branch again.👎🏻

Very friendly staff and more nice coffee. I got a Grande Caramel Frappuccino with lots of cream and caramel sauce. Perfect ending for a day that did not go that well.

High-quality coffee at a reasonable price, always served by extremely professional, polite and kind staff!
The place is also amazing - great for hanging out with friends right after university classes or for studying for exams. Great over-all atmosphere ❤️

The baristas are very slow here, so don’t expect fast service. Otherwise very clean and nice

Tasty Christmas ginger coffee. Quite clean comparing to others Sturbucks. Unfortunately we were a group of 4 ppl and all tables for 4 ppl were taken by 1 or 2 persons, so we were not able to sit. Management should solve this problem - if there is a group of 2 ppl they shouldn't occupy big table.
