Silverlake Ramen

The food was okay but not very authentic. It would be better if the broth has deeper taste and the portion is just a bit bigger... overall, it was good.

Gyoza: fried option, tasty, but not as meaty as I expected, like more traditional gyoza. also served with a creamy sauce as opposed. 4/5

Tsukemen with pork: pork belly was charred, but definitely prepped and warmed up as it was a bit cooled down, not cold though. 2 big slabs is nice, but a lot to get through tbh.
The broth was a bit too bonito-flakes forward, but still fairly savory and umami, especially once I dunked and ate the pork belly with it. Noodles could be chewier, but still yummy. Got a bit tired of it near the end though. 4/5

Overall, good! I've had better, but maybe a bit harsh since I've had the same foods in Japan. :)

most recently I got the large chicken rice bowl and it is delicious beyond words. stopped in to place the takeout order and they had me in and out in under ten minutes. their ramen is also, naturally, perfect.

Amazing Food, Good Music, and An All-around mellow Vibe to be in. Ronnie, our server, was super nice and really friendly. They made our evening out really nice

Hands down this is not of the best ramen places in the state of Georgia !

Ive tried a lot of them and this place is in my top two choices.

The broth is freaking amazing! Don’t be fooled by other places. Also the portion sizes here are great. Most places I have to order more meat or noodles but here, you get a healthy portion.

Don’t forget to try the gyoza with the spicy mayo. My friend hates mayo but loved this stuff from here.

I was in town with my partners for DragonCon and was craving some tasty ramen. Unfortunately, this spot definitely missed the mark for me. I take that with a grain of salt as my trips to Japan have set a very high bar for me when it comes to ramen. However, neither of my partners were pleased with their meals either. The food wasn’t bad at all. It was just ok and lacking in any sort of depth or complexity that I’m normally looking for in a good broth. They do have vegetarian broth options as well which is nice to see. But both the meat and non-meat broths failed to hit the mark for our entire party. I’m hoping it was just an off day for them but ultimately we’re not going to be running to try this place again.

Ordered some lunch from Silverlake Ramen. I had the chicken Karaage. You taste so many flavors. You are hit with some spiciness first, ginger next, Aoli, soy and others. It was ok to me. I will have to try their Ramen and see if it's better.
