Costa Coffee

I regret I didn't read the feedback before visiting. Rude staff, states he doesn't have change and the coffee is already made so I had to leave 5 leva instead of 3.60. offered me to pay by card but I don't have one with me. Coffee wasn't even that good. Shame for the internationally recognised name.

We ordered four items and received two incorrect ones. When I asked the staff about the cake's ingredients after paying, they said it wasn't vegan and refused to refund it. mocha, wasn't available and was replaced with a different drink without prior consultation. The staff was unhelpful and impolite. A very bad experience and the worst Costa branch I've visited.

Loved it there. Sweet staff, good quality coffee, clean and nicely furbished space.

The waitress was very ryde. We just ordered freddo espresso with cream on the top( like freddo capuccino). She put whipped cream and when i asked her to remove it she just said “just take it”. We left from there disappointed (27/6 14:00). Because we are tourists in your country it doesn’t mean that we are not people like you!!

I recently visited it and had a disappointing experience. The staff treated their tourist customers poorly, claiming not to understand English.
It's important for businesses in the tourism industry to be accommodating and respectful to customers and give them what they paid for.
I hope the cafe takes this feedback into consideration and improves their customer service in the future.

Small building , waiters is not asking ( take away or here ) normally

Nice place for having a cup of coffee with desert. No any problem, as expected.
Upd. I still like it. Not so crowdy and rare people with laptops (like in Fellows next to it). I really enjoy every visit there
