The coffee is really good. Seasonal drinks are the highlight of every visit. The food is quite good as well. After the renovations, there is a really nice ambience. The staff are helpful and polite.
The table wasn’t cleaned at all. Me and my friend didn’t get our names at the cups. Very bad and dirty atmosphere!

Nice cafe / working space with free WiFi, sockets and event a printer. Coffee is good and Croissant with prsuto was nice. Broad range of sitting options -- comfy chairs with low tables, big working table with sockets, couple of individual working tables, outside terrace under the trees. I spent there 4hrs very productively with good coffee
Went to order off what was listed on the menu, the barista then corrects me to what I asked for even thought the menu is literally behind her. She then serves me something completely different to what i asked for. On top of this she was really rude and short with me. How she is still working there is beyond me.
The woman at the cash register was very nice and the coffee is really good. Currently I can’t get enough from their freddo cappuccino, best one out there!
My Favorite place to relax and plan for everything. But the main thing is that everytime I get different taste of Java Chip Frappucino. But I think measurements should be taken into consideration.
This is a great place to bring your laptop with plenty of plugs around to plug in your phone or laptop. The vibe is great and Wi-Fi is excellent. If you need a quick coffee to and to chill, this is the place for you! The cookie I had was absolutely terrible though. It was hard and too sweet. This is a good alternative to Starbucks but not a place to get great food.

Popped in for a late morning coffee purely based on the previous reviews and it did not disappoint.
On a hot summers day i went for an iced Latte, which was made with care and attention.
The guy is clearly passionate about his trade and it shows in the quality product served.
Throughly recommended.

The 2 peoples working there on the opening on the 30th july were rude as hell with me, like they started to yell at me because my order was ready and i did not understood bulgarian !!
The tall guy with long hair looks stoned and and slow and the girl had an attitude with customers including me!!!
They aren’t made for working in a business!

It's a nice Costa location that's pretty chill early in the morning. The service was good.
However, the baristas really need to start cleaning the coffee basket properly between espresso shots. Otherwise, you just taste the burned coffee from the last espresso they made... Once you've had specialty coffee, it's hard to go back, especially with the Costa prices being higher now.

Bustling coffeeshop with great outdoor seating. Perfect for a morning brew. Had a delicious latte and savory croissant. Would be a frequent visitor if I lived in the area
Nice place, nice location. But no proper air conditioning when it’s 35 degrees outside.. And the acoustics of the space (I assume) make it quite noisy at times, there’s a constant echo from the sound of the coffee machines. So it’s good for casual outings or if you are with headphones but not if you are here to just relax.
Perfect place to work with laptop. Thay have a free WiFi and lots of sockets. Try coffee in big eatable cup. It's amazing. Love this place 🤩

The coffee here is to die for. I have come many times and every time it’s the best idea I had. I recommend the Iced Oreo Latte for those who love their latte sweet. They have sandwiches and sweet things as well, as well as other both traditional coffee options and some with which to experiment.

It has a calm and relaxed atmosphere, I guess that’s the reason so many people were working on their laptops.
Coffee is good, and I also has a really good chocolate chips cookie. We n the downside, toilet was dirty.

It isn't cheap, but it was certainly the best latte I have had in Sofia so far!

This is one of the very few places in town where you can find good quality coffee beans sourced sustainably, directly from farmers from some of the best locations for coffee farming in the world, such as LATAM.
Having travelled in the region, I know that especially in Colombia, the farming and production of coffee beans is quite problematic. Often, Colombians are being pressured by financial factors, ending up drinking a lower quality of coffee themselves and having to sell everything else to big corporations. However, this problem can be alleviated when businesses buy the beans directly from local farmers, ensure fair working conditions, and make sure that they are not underpaid.
Looking forward to seeing more sustainable businesses like this one in Sofia.

I ordered 2 protein shakes and 2 donuts and it cost me 30 lv. It’s overpriced and the taste is not even worth half the price. Also, I had to wait 10-15 minutes for one of the shakes. Didn’t like it, won’t be coming back.
Great quality coffee roasted on premises! Place offers good working and study environment with friendly staff. When it was just opened variety of beverages beside coffee made on the spot was bigger. The bathroom was new and well maintained. Now place looks as it requires refreshing especially the bathroom that appears to be used for storage. There was a big pale with a mop in it in the middle and it was not clean.
If you want quality coffee to start your morning you are in the right place. I will definitely go there again in my future visit to Sofia.
Great coffee and super friendly barrista. Not really sitting space inside but coffee and pastries are worth taking on the go as they are super good. Menu is only in Cyrillic but the barrista took the time to explain to us what we could get

Very nice place, but I don't want to lower my review of such a good coffee shop. but they should see why there is a fluctuation in the chocolate drink, example the big cup is a little above the middle, as if it is medium size. At first times it was full up... just like Starbucks. watch this!! I don't recommend getting hot or cold chocolate

Amazing coffee experience in Sofia! It seems the owner is very passionate and travels around the world to find the most amazing flavours! Staff is very kind, polite and have a very good coffee knowledge. Pavlova cake that you may taste here is out of this world! This is also a place for the tea lovers. Magnificent! If I'll ever return to Sofia, Dabov is one of the main reasons!
Interesting coffee options if you're open to try. I had a cappuccino and a matcha cookie - the cookie hit the jackpot for me (perfect balance of sweet and bitter - just how I like it). It is usually difficult to find matcha desserts where you can actually taste the matcha - job well done!
Regular Starbucks, without very special food or atmosphere and quite high prices. But at least they have free internet wifi and is warm inside.
The design of the place is really pretty. Coffee was great and they offer a wide range if coffee options.
Staff was a bit absent and not caring how the place looks. Bathroom was a disaster, paper on the floor, dirty, flushing not working and sink plugged. Honestly I have worked in a coffee shops and I do understand it is hard to keep up if you are maybe understaffed or in a peak of the shift, but not this. It was calm. Not so many people and certainly enough to keep the level of hygiene in all facilities. I wish I didn't go to the bathroom as the coffee was perfect.

Disappointing - strawberry smoothie contains only 3 strawberries and tastes like orange. And is not cold!
Pet friendly and really know how to handle a bad review. (That’s why I changed it, I noticed big change) The stuff really appreciates the customer’s comments and is improving.

I liked this shop. I loved the dessert that I tried (chia with cacao I guess); it was so yummy and not sweet at all and happened to be vegan 🌱😂 didnt choose it for that purpose. The guy was very welcoming and friendly. Good luck

I was looking for a Cortado - a small coffee with milk (called corta classic here in Sofia) - found this Costa cafe at last. Situated adjacent to city garden and not far from Presidency (President of Bulgaria’s residence), this cafe has a lovely atmosphere to get a coffee and a sandwich or a croissant.
The staff are helpful and smiling and trying to converse in English as much as possible. There’s a good amount of seating but the outdoor seating is lovely when the weather is suitable.

Staff are nice and polite. Drinks are tasty but not cheap at all. I do not like that it was super cold at the cafe. I had the feeling that air conditioner was on maximum level.

The one place in Sofia that never fails to impress! I've been here a few times now since the opening and loved it every single time! The coffee smells and tastes amazing. The atmosphere is super cozy and welcoming. And the staff is very friendly and nice as well.

This place has such a great selection of some really nice coffee! The best selection of coffee I’ve so far found in Europe. They even have Geisha! And its superb! I had an AeroPress for the first time there, it was good, but the Geisha in the V60, now that’s an amazing experience! The owners are so kind too. When we went they were doing a charity event to raise money for some local kids who are in need of some surgery in Germany. Stop by and have delicious coffee prepared by kind and knowledgeable baristas and take part with them in spreading the love, of coffee and their neighbors. I wish you guys much success!
