My best experience in my life. My Tandem partner Mark was very supportive and he let my fly the parachute as well for some time during flying. It was very fun and safe to do skydiving in Bitburg. It is very beautiful experience ad beautiful nature from sky as well .

My experience may not be the norm but i experienced a HARD landing. My tandem jumper was seriously injured and luckily I only suffered a small back injury. That's ok I understand the risks and wish my good friend a speedy recovery. The problem I had is with how they handled the situation after our "landing". They pretended it never happened. Noone asked me if I was ok and noone asked if I was in need of medical attention . My tandem, as he laid on the ground in pain, was the only one concerned. 5 stars to him. As I was leaving I thought I should at least be entitled to an upgrade to a video even though I only ordered pictures. She told me and extra 35 for the video. Well seeing as how they almost paralyzed me and I wasn't making a big deal about it, the least you can do is give me a complimentary DVD. She then proceeded to tell me she didn't speak English after we just held a whole conversation about the incident, in english. As i said before, I understand the risks involved and I was ok with that, but at least show some concern and compassion. My two buddies had safe jumps and my experience may not be yours, just remember it's not a matter of if but when. Good luck on your jump.
