Really great food here and friendly staff!

My experience is at the bar. Nice place. Not as "college-y" as you might expect. Reasonable prices and good portions. And a surprisingly (to me) decent whisky selection. It's a good place to watch sports if you're out solo.

We tried hard to like this place but every time we’ve gone it’s been a disappointment. Service is slow and food comes cold.
Better experience if you go for a drink at the bar.
The outdoor sitting is great when the weather allows and makes the wait a bit more bearable.
The sweet potato fries are great though.

I have eaten here many times, either as a student or later when visiting. I am primarily posting in support of the policy that does not permit dogs on the patio. I should clarify that I love animals - I have 2 cats, birds, and koi fish - but my animals are kept where they belong - in my home, in a cage or pond, etc. A restaurant is a place where PEOPLE - HUMAN PEOPLE- go to dine. If you want to walk your dog, do so. If you want to sit with your dog, try a park. Even if a dog is immaculately groomed and perfectly mannered, I'm not sure why some suddenly expect as a society that others should just accept THEIR pet being in a public restaurant or in the passenger cabin of a plane for their "comfort." No. Kudos to this establishment, regardless of the reason, for upholding something resembling standards in this area.

Local bar with good food and brew... Decent NA drinks/beer as well. BTW the cheese curds aren't the same as Canadian - basically small fried cheese similar to mozzarella stix..
Good service as well and nice outside dining.

List of tap beers are interesting, the food portions are pretty big for us. Cobb salad is freshly prepared and tasty while chicken sandwiches is too saucy. Service was okay. Nice to give them a try

I’ve walked past this place for years, and I was getting ready to walk past it again, thinking it was closed because I didn’t see anyone moving around inside right away. As I slowly walked by considering that I would go in if they were open, I saw a few people sitting inside through the window. I doubled back and entered and I am sooooo glad I did. I was seated right away and TJ, my server was beyond excellent. There is a lot to said about a person comfortable in their skin and just happy to BE. I would go back just to visit TJ, he was just that GREAT, but the food was DIVINE as well. I had made up my mind that I wanted a BURGHA, and that is exactly what I got, with every topping except egg and mushrooms. It was still bigger than my whole face and while it was a bit of a challenge to eat, I enjoyed every bit of it, even the sauce as it ran down my arm and dripped back into my plate. That’s how you know you’ve got a good BURGHA. The fries were hot and crispy and TJ kept the Shirley Temples coming at every sight of an empty glass. I barely had room for dessert, but I squeezed in a decadent Tiramisu anyway. The next time I want a BURGHA, this will be my go to place… …something tells me that it will be sooner rather than later. They’ve been at this location for 8 years, so if you haven’t stopped in yet, there is no time like the present.
