Compass Coffee

Coffee was good, but unfortunately can't say the same for customer service. Next time if yall gonna make fun of how someone talks, maybe wait until they're out of your view (or better yet keep it to yourself) to say your thoughts.

I don't like to give low stars but we need to SPEAK UP when the problems are real, I wasn't expecting a specialty coffee shop quality (even when they have the tools to offer it) The issue here is the completely neglect of quality from the POC (not latino) in the products. They keep speaking behind bar, that could be a good thing for the work environment buuut... they have a 3 groups espresso machine, they just use 1 at the TIME!! WITH RUSH!! the milk is completely boiled, you can even hear how hot it is in the steaming wand! In consequence they don't serve lattes, they just have really burn cappuccinos. Please invest in a basic coffee training or hire just people like the person who was taking orders. Espressos between 20-30 seconds are not that hard and gives the great quality that this place deserved.

The only person who saves the day was the person on POS and the amazing blueberry scone.

Dude who works at this location is a whole jerk. These drinks cost too much for such unkind service. Go to the Compass just a few blocks away.

I bought hot coffee and a blueberry muffin. The coffee was strong as I like it and the blueberry muffin was delicious. Peaceful environment. Positive vibe.

Their iced late was good but it was freezing inside!

Compass staff is very kind and welcoming. They tend to know the names of regular customers. Easygoing atmosphere. I love my iced lattes and mint cold brews. Glad that breakfast sandwiches have been added to the menu!
