I paid upfront $12 for parking with the "Early Bird Special" day rate. I parked the car myself. When I was ready to leave, I left. The parking attendant was nice, and she quickly got me into a spot.

This parking garage is not the biggest, though, so it is not surprising that spots fill up quickly. It was kind of difficult to maneuver out of with an SUV.

Not open 24 hours. We booked it using an app and werent’t able to get in after 12am.

Extremely rude attendant who refused to perform the parking for which I paid and could prove I paid. He started yelling at me, and would not even look at my evidence. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to get ripped off.

Extremely unpleasant workers. They seem either unable or unwilling to answer simple questions from a customer. I'd recommend avoiding this lot if possible, it'd be well worth paying more somewhere else to avoid dealing with these aggressive employees.

No attendant. Told us to leave after we were in. Very rude.

I did save Time not having to search for a place I had a reserve space for 3 days at the Blossom Kite Festival in Washington DC. Many of the parking lots there is pay for the day and also pay for the night, 2 payments. the closer to the MALL the higher the fee and the harder to get into. I parked at PMI at 13th NW & E St NW. I did have to prove I had a reservation or he was not going to let me park. He said the lot was full. driving to my spot the lot was Empty, I came back a few hours later and the lot was still more than Half Empty , forgot something and went back to my car later in the afternoon and it was still half empty ( half full or more LOL) but i was happy to have the parking spot so close to the Mall

I reserved a spot through Parking Panda and when I arrived they tried to turn me away because there were no more open spots. After clearly explaining that I wasn't going anywhere they were able to find a spot. I wasn't the only one that this happened to. There were at least 10 other people who had reserved spots as well. Also, the entire time this was going on I was told the manager was hiding somewhere because he didn't want to deal with the issue. I would never use again.
