So slow. They take customers out of turn. And have you do all of the work. You have to drive your car up the ramp. Even though there are clear signs saying you can’t go up the ramps. Wish there was another option.

Very aggressive staff in terms of driving the cars, nearly ran over twice. Talking on their phones, not a good service for the price you pay. Better options

I am a monthly parker and my car is never up when I call for it.
When I asked what can I do to get it on time, Luis the manager said to go to a different garage.

I parked day on Friday and Saturday. Staffs were nice. I went there since before 7 AM left around 6PM. It was less than 12 hr each day. They have a good deal for early bird only for Mon-Fri. I paid $25 for Friday, $45 for Saturday. You can scan the ticket you got before picking up the car to save time. Paying by a credit card will have fee. Close to Mahattan river, park, mall (a lot of food vendors). So convenient.

I would recommend this parking garage in Lower Manhattan, the employees working both days and nights are helpful and knowledgeable. They took good care of my car, they are quick and attentive. Ask them for some quick NYC tips and tricks. Next trip to the city I’m coming here.

Save your time and money and use any of the other parking garage's in the immediate area. The staff are beyond incompetent. On 2 occasions they confused my car with another car. Told me they could not find my car after handing them my ticket. Spent atleast half an hour while they confusingly press the same actions on their system like it's going to change after the 100th time they scanned the ticket. Last night was the worst of the 2 occasions. There was a monthly parker that was waiting for his car when I came to pickup mine. Not only could they not find his car. Mot only did they ask him dozens of times what type of car it is. The same thing followed suite for me after leaving my car there only an hour and a half ago. If you're looking for a headache then go park here. Otherwise this place should be shutdown.

If you have extra time to help the staff park your car and then wait 20mins + to get your vehicle when your leaving .. this is your spot! I didn’t know humans could walk as slow as these guys do .. it’s something else. Cheaper better service close by .. AVOID
Also maybe one make and model that’s not oversized to them !!
