Staff are rude. Won't go back, they treat everyone badly because of how the previous rude customer spoke to them.

Very bad service stood their for plus
minus 10 min before any service was given.
People came after me and was serviced before me. Very bad service. Waitresses have bad manners. Went to Debonairs instead.

I ordered online and I was called that my food was on the way and will arrive in 10 minutes, an hour later I called to find out why my food has not arrived and I was told that the driver was long gone with my food. The guy never showed up with my food and the store did not contact me to notify me as to why I never received my food. Such poor service.

I ordered the full chicken meal , it was absolutely disgusting.
The chicken was bland and dry, it didnt even have salt. The chips looked and tasted like they were old and re-fried . It is not the first time to be dissapointed by this branch. i will not be supporting you or steer again.

Service is so pathetic, I waited like 2mins for cashier to serve me and she wasn't even pleasant. Please employ people that are passionate about customer service because your cashier Yvonne is not. I will not want to buy at your steers anytime soon .

I placed an online order at 13h35 I received a confirmation message that my order was received. At 15h15 I called the store to check on my delivery and was told it was on the way. A short while later I received a call saying that the driver had a breakdown. It took the store 2 hours to get back to me. I eventually canceled my order.

I paid R170 for this. Absolutely appalling. Chips came ice cold, soggy and half empty. Is this the quality of urls restaurant. I will never order from steers bluff again.

Just sat for over 1 hour waiting for our order of food, just so the staff can give it to the wrong person because they so busy talking instead of paying attention to the orders being made. R500 paid and NO food , then told we must wait another 1hr for our order to be made. Shocking service. Never again
