First off let me start off by saying thank you to “Sammy” I had a teeth cleaning and my little girl is teething she is 8months old so just was a little fussy and she held my daughter the whole time while I was getting my teeth cleaned I can’t thank you enough ! I leave always loved this dentist office because how professional and nice they are and they do excellent work , now this I promise you find a better dentist , dentist office and staff like this highly recommend !!

I saw in the X-rays myself because I used to be a dental assistant multiple cavities. Mentioned it to him and pointed it out and he just brushed it off and said "idk it could be, it couldn't be.." He never was willing to look into it any further, so I went to a new dentist who found the very same spots to be cavities and said the previous dentist (ie Steven Parker) should have known that and done fillings on them. He is incompetent and not proactive in his line of work.

The staff is unbelievable, made me at ease and feel like family. A previous dentist had said surgery and braces to save some of my teeth. Dr Parker introduced me to Invisalign that changed my life! Highly recommend this doctor and his team!

I hate that I'm actually doing this right now because normally I would never go out of my way to leave a bad review but here we go. (Staff excluded in this review because they were absolutely great) He seemed incredibly dismissive both times but the second time I saw him I had an emergency abscessed tooth that was so painful it felt like the world was ending and couldn't sleep for three nights. The worst thing about it was that I was a week or so away from venturing across country on a bike tour that was in the planning for six months. I expressed how extremely afraid I was that the abscessed tooth was going to stop me from taking the trip because there was no way that I could go in the condition that I was in or could later find myself in along the way. He told me that I needed to have surgery done by an orthopedic surgeon in order to remove the tooth even after i told him it would probably botch my entire summer if i had to wait for surgery. My heart sank as he just stood up and walked out without even a, "good day." The closest appointment that I could make was nearly a month out from that point so my window of opportunity was about to pass. The next day I couldn't help but get a second opinion. Within 10 minutes of seeing another dentist and explaining the situation he had decided to extract the tooth (no problem) within 20 minutes the tooth was extracted. I didn't feel a thing and everything was saved not to mention the pain lifted. Needless to say it was a far better experience. Long story short i still had the rest of my summer trip ahead of me which is a huge relief after thousands of dollars spent and six months of b.s. preparation. Sorry for the novel I just felt like Dr Parker could have definitely removed the tooth especially after so many years of experience but for whatever reason that day he was in too much of a hurry or it was just too much of burden to extract or have any bedside manner. Totally unnecessary my family and I will never go back to his practice.

Steven E. Parker DDS has taken excellent care of my family and I's dental needs for many years. So happy with my smile! Always a positive experience here. Fantastic and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend to everyone!

The staff was caring and courteous. They explained everything and took there time. I hate going to the dentist but will definitely go back.

Edit: I read the other comments that were negative and didn’t have any experience like that. With being scared of the dentist I put things off to long and it wasn’t a good outcome for me. They didn’t berate me or talk ill of my situation but calmed me and assured me there was an end to my suffering. I’ve been without insurance and that didn’t help my case either. Everyone at the office was understanding.

I've been going to Dr Parker for 26 years. His service and professionalism have been outstanding. Due to an abscessed tooth issue, I had to contact him on a weekend. He offered go into the office that day and check the condition of my tooth if needed. His staff is outstanding also.
