Very friendly staff. Amazing service.

Ballito Junction Seattle is such a let down compared to what we've grown to love from the Gauteng outlets. Unfriendly staff, downright uninterested and no-care - leaning over the counters, with attitude of doing you a favor or that you ordering coffee is a huge inconvenience to them. I have a preference for a specific flavoured latte, and taste was watered down. Temperature also too hot, suspect coffee was burnt by wrong temperature water. Tried them twice during our visit to Ballito and won't do so again.

Don't bother going. Just went to go get coffee at 16:45 and where told they are closed.

Went to Mugg & Bean on the Go at 16:55 and where given service. Rather go there for your caffeine fix.

Good service and very tasty coffee and snacks available. This place is always buzzing with especially early morning traffic of people enjoying their favourite drink and snack before going to work or school. Open and airy, there is seating available although you can just order your coffee to take out.

The most terrible ice coffee. Usually buy at other seattle coffees but were in the ballito area so tried them.
They were disgusting and undrinkable. Ended up in the rubbish bin
Wont be back anytime soon.

The ladies(Happiness, Phume & Nomusa) make a mean cup everytime-hot or cold! Well done ladies!!*Don't forget to correct Phume's name on her tag. Spelling looks English😉.
