Wonderful place, nice location and awesome township. They have corner building and also construction is superb. Better than near by apartments.
I love this property. The project managers are kind and really warm and helpful. The construction looks good.
Think before investing in prestige in Hyderabad. Prestige Bangalore is not same as prestige Hyderabad. They are doing illegal activities and threading residents in existing project.
Stay away from Prestige. Coming from a owner of Prestige property in Hyderabad. Their property management is worst I have seen in the market.
Please do not invest here … we are still living in prestige high feilds and facing n number of issues … seepage in ceiling is since 4-5 months and yet not resolved, introduce new apps for bill payment and owners getting wrong bills like 60-90k and then they just cut electricity…. Swimming pool is not well maintained…. Prestige is just a brand name but do not have any experience….Overall Prestige is not good in Hyderabad and do not have reliable team . Today all of the financial district had the electricity but only PHF didn’t since more that 24 hr.
This is coming from an owner of prestige properties in Hyderabad. Stay away from them.
What's good? The construction quality of the building & handover timeline.
What's bad? Everything else. First, the property management is utterly bad. They ruined two societies already - Ivy league & high fields. They don't clean corridor, don't collect garbage properly, society full of mosquitoes and lastly, if you get angry, they give legal threats. They collect electricity charges and maintenance manually, then they refuse to acknowledge that they got the money & often double charge you. Each month, you will spend an hour arguing with them. Now coming back to other bad practices, prestige registered the society with landowners and never informed regular owner only to get caught after 2 years. They did it to get govt facilities at cheaper rates, there must be more reasons which I don't know. Overall, you would be feeling like you are dealing with uncouth criminals than a property management service. So be aware. Sales team may be good, engineering team may be good, but the service people whom you have to handle every day of your stay are TERRIBLE.

Good location, reputed builder. Close proximity of other high rise residential (like SAS Crown, ABSL, Rajpushpa) and commercial properties. 5mins away from ORR, Narsingi junction and financial district. Two international school in 500m radius.
