Last year, we decided to purchase a flat in Ramky One Symphony, and we recently went on a site visit to check on the progress. What we found aligned with our expectations! The construction activity was in full swing, showcasing the dedication and commitment of the team. The build quality was top-notch, matching the standards outlined in the brochure and agreement.
One thing that particularly impressed us was the responsiveness of the staff. When we raised a query about the RMC plant, Akhil promptly provided us with detailed clarification. We learned that the RMC plants, are crucial to the current construction phase, and will be dismantled upon completion. In fact, we were informed that one of the plants has already been removed.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the progress and output so far. The quality, professionalism, and transparency exhibited by the team have truly made this a positive experience for us.

This Lodha Complex is sooo beautiful especially during evening hours.
A nice residential complex in parel next to Kamala Mills compound. The roads are very congested. Commuting is quite painful during the day. Inside the building, everything is automised and hi-fi.
Sales process was smooth and a big Thanks to Kiran and Shamim. Though we changed our decisions multiple times, they were kind and patient enough in accommodating our requests. My wife and I work in Financial District and we found this location conducive and travel accessible. With the amenities, quality, brand, developments in the vicinity, price and the location, we found this property to be the best value for money.

I recently booked a Flat in Ramky one 'Symphony' in Patancheru, Hyderabad. The project is on the Mumbai Highway and next to ORR Exit No. 3 which is incredibly convenient. I want to give a special thanks to Mr. Gulam and Mr. Kiran for their outstanding guidance during the booking process. They were not only knowledgeable but also provided a warm and welcoming environment. Their brief explanation of the project was thorough and helped me make an informed decision. Overall, the experience was top-notch, and I highly recommend Ramky One 'Symphony' to anyone looking to book a flat in Hyderabad.

In order to make the drive to work easier, I was considering buying a brand-new apartment in a gated neighbourhood close to my work location. Over twenty gated communities have caught my eye. I was limited by time and money, and I was having trouble finding projects that would work with my needs. Fortunately, Gulam reached out to me at the ideal moment. He informed me about the Symphony project and promised to help me within my limitations when I mentioned that I was seeking for a three-bedroom apartment.
While he was away at his sister's wedding, he made sure I had all the assistance I needed and that all of my questions were addressed while I was making my purchase. In Gulam's absence, Shamim assisted me, gave me a thorough explanation of the project in person, and saw to it that the onboarding process went smoothly. Think before investing in prestige in Hyderabad. Prestige Bangalore is not same as prestige Hyderabad. They are doing illegal activities and threading residents in existing project.
Stay away from Prestige. Coming from a owner of Prestige property in Hyderabad. Their property management is worst I have seen in the market.
One of the upcoming upscale modern housing projects offering luxury homes at a premium price anticipating all your needs and offering a robust experience. It houses a few upscale housing societies with every modern amenities and at such the best that money can buy.
Nice place to live here. Big size 3-4 bhk flats & society is also very active. Neat & clean society.
A condominium , complete in itself , a pool , Resturant , beauty salon , a daily amenity store and gym . What more can one ask ! A quick swim after a stressful day at work !

Please do not invest here … we are still living in prestige high feilds and facing n number of issues … seepage in ceiling is since 4-5 months and yet not resolved, introduce new apps for bill payment and owners getting wrong bills like 60-90k and then they just cut electricity…. Swimming pool is not well maintained…. Prestige is just a brand name but do not have any experience….Overall Prestige is not good in Hyderabad and do not have reliable team . Today all of the financial district had the electricity but only PHF didn’t since more that 24 hr.

What's bad? Everything else. First, the property management is utterly bad. They ruined two societies already - Ivy league & high fields. They don't clean corridor, don't collect garbage properly, society full of mosquitoes and lastly, if you get angry, they give legal threats. They collect electricity charges and maintenance manually, then they refuse to acknowledge that they got the money & often double charge you. Each month, you will spend an hour arguing with them. Now coming back to other bad practices, prestige registered the society with landowners and never informed regular owner only to get caught after 2 years. They did it to get govt facilities at cheaper rates, there must be more reasons which I don't know. Overall, you would be feeling like you are dealing with uncouth criminals than a property management service. So be aware. Sales team may be good, engineering team may be good, but the service people whom you have to handle every day of your stay are TERRIBLE.

It's a posh housing society, there's a mcgm swimming pool, open for all at 3000Rs per month or 300 for single visit.

Good location, reputed builder. Close proximity of other high rise residential (like SAS Crown, ABSL, Rajpushpa) and commercial properties. 5mins away from ORR, Narsingi junction and financial district. Two international school in 500m radius.
Worst place.. always traffic jam on this road.. nothing looks like private road for society now.. very difficult for daily commute. Stay away from this locality.

Had to select 1 as there is no zero. Worst experience with the sales and crm team. You will get a great respect and good hospitality at the time you go for site visit, once token amount is given things will go upside down, not sure it was me who faced this. Noticed some small issues at the time of site visit, they promised it's just matter of a day to get them rectified, it's been more than 2 months and no one has taken care of those issues. Haded over the flat in a worst situation. I seriously regret for investing in this property. Hope it is useful for someone planning to invest in this brand.

BPTP is building District 81 Block A , Block B. First phase has been completed and booking for second phase at around one lakh per sq yards. Location is perfect so prices are little higher. Near to all schools at greater Faridabad and also market such as World Street. Construction quality looks good as of now. Let us see how it goes with time. :)

Clean drive and well arranged housing. Gaurds are always at checks and gym is very friendly for users.
Great community. Fantastic location. Very good amenities, Liked the club house, pool, indoor badminton court & squash court. Amazing views from the balconies. Very nice place for kids to cycle, people to walk. I wish the apartments had larger sizes.
This is never gonna get build... BPTP has serious fund issues. They will accumulate money from buyers and utilize elsewhere. May be to repay debts etc.. THINK TWICE BEFORE GETTING TRAPPED.
Deal with this builder at your own risk. I have been cheated 9 years back and still suffering as no escape route visible. Paid over 12 lacs to bank as Pre EMI due to delay in completion and still don't know when the project will be completed.

Very nice and calm place to live. Many good schools near by. Like any other society it has got both Pros and Cons. Society is very well maintained and the club house is very good. If you are some one interested in pollution free and peaceful living. This is one of the places out there.
Excellent location and amenities. Other builders don’t even build club house and amenities and start demanding higher price. Vertex actually built top class club house. Great construction quality and landscaping. Well worth the investment compared to other builders in the area! For those in doubt I highly suggest to visit neighboring apartments once and then see Panache and decide if the price is right.
