I would like to thank all the ladies that works for Embassy of Guyana Washington DC. Every time I called they always answer my questions with a good attitude.It was a smooth process. Now I can go and visit my family that was long overdue. Thank you everyone.

What a joke of an embassy. Requested a birth certificate in June and it’s now almost November. Nothing. Paid the fee as requested.

When you call (and they happen to answer), I am told the “officer” will call me back with a status update. Guess what? No call. Ever! Call again and get the same garbage response.

Very unprofessional. Totally useless. Requests a refund and can only imagine how long that will take. Don’t rely on them if you need anything.

Impeccable service and care! Astonished by the staff that works there. Guyana should be proud of this embassy and the remarkable service they provide! Dawn and Ms Roberta were professional and courteous! I hope this gets to their leadership, their customer service was outstanding and they are very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Thank you!

This is the worst embassy in the world no one answers the phone first embassy that takes over 3 months to give you your passport back so if you have an emergency and you need your passport to be made they don't have expedite and they're rude it makes me ashamed to be from this country to know this is what kind of people come from this country.

They are all rude at this place over the phone!!! She’s supposed to be helping me and telling me that she have a high call value and she have to go after not even a minute on the phone and she said out if her mouth I could help you get to the website and the application ma’am and tell you what to do…. But didn’t even do that! THEN slam the phone down on me!!!! You better be lucky I didn’t get her name.

It's Been Over 2 Month, Still Didn't Receive The Passport, Which I Gave For Renewal, 😕, And I Have To Fly For The Family, But I Stucked Up, They Said 4 to 6 week, I Don't Understand.

Just Went Today For The Renewal Of My Wife's Passport, $116 Cash, Money Order, Or By Card, They're So Helpful, & Kind. Their Service Is Excellent. I Think It's Best, To Go There In Person For Any Kind Of Service You Need, Instead Of Phone Call.
