Loved the meal but wanted to see the jersey boys Had a great table with a terrific view of the stage didn't realise that as soon as the guys started their act our tables view was blocked by two of the biggest backsides we have ever seen dancing?? Would have really enjoyed watching the guys in the first set and danced away the night away in the second half
Good fishing plenty of pegs to choose from
Good food, great atmosphere and views of lakes, went for family meal 30 of us and all were catered for 👍
A great night , good food ,and a really good band ,drinks no expensively as expected, this venue is in a lovely setting overlooking lakes .
Tom was serving at the West Midlands Golf Club, situated at Barston Lakes, and asked if we wanted our usual 🥂
Only minor negative is that its very difficult to fish a pole particularly on the"river bank" due to the presence of a public footpath immediately behind you. That said the early pegs on that bank tend to be feeder pegs anyway.
Only minor niggle is the lack of space on the riverside bank due to the closeness of the public footpath, good job most of these pegs are dominated by the feeder as pole fishing more than a top two is a nightmare.
