Floor manager in Al Maya Reef Mall is very rude. Some of his staff too is rude. One Bangali staff was saying bad words to a Viking staff. Totally an unacceptable behaviour but the manager Manoj, was tolerating his behaviour instead of mediating the conflict. You're not fit to work as a manager if you're taking sides. Manoj is also acting like he owns the whole Al Maya company.
Very Bad delivery service. Sometimes they deliver the small amount also. Sometimes they are saying it should be this much amount minimum. if they can deliver other days even for the small amount Why sometimes they are saying no. This is really disappointed and this was ordered for a patient. Very very disappointed. Very bad delivery service. And also sometimes they are saying this time is not the delivery time even i called them afternoon. Are they lazy to delivery or what. I dont understand. Very disappointed service from Reef Mall Almaya supermarket.
I have very bad experience shop & worth super market comparatively price high from other supermarkets but its ok, no offer any discount in ramadan, I bought some stuff with amount 87.26 Aed and pay with card.

I felt the branch of almaya supermarket in reef mall to not be upto the mark. The staff is not friendly, once when i went to the food section the woman there didnot make the effort to even come forward to ask if i needed anything, she just sat there with a look on her face to see when I would leave, that was really disappointing.
The place is not maintained well, nor is the interior managed well. Things just seem to be haywire and i was aimlessly roaming around trying to buy some items.
Truly disappointed in the place. I try to avoid going to this branch as much as i can. My experience with the cashier on the upper level also was mediocre. They do not feel friendly, got a lot of negative vibes. Hence I avoid going there. Maybe it's just my observation/experience.
On the lower level the variety is not at par. I have hardly seen any attendant for help. I had gone there to buy some stationary for my kid but i didnot find what I was looking for as there was no variety even the prices of the items are more compare to other places.
The only thing I saw here was kimchi, which I have not seen in many places.
I do not recommend this branch of Almaya.
