Disappointed with the Staff who insisted another size insted of my explanation of bigger size than what the staff is choosing, even the Manager didn't help for exchange I have painful feet, and swollen toes, bunions being hurt. Cannot Recommend At All. They dont care about the customer trust and satisfaction.
Economical school shoes for boys specially if there is an offer
Went to return my shoes as I noticed one had a scratch that wouldn't go away. The staff had a huge frown when we requested the exchange. He was very rude. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Buyer beware!

Very happy to buying shoes, good collection price n smiling face staff
I had a size issue and I requested to change my shoe, the manager attitude was really rude, and he asked me to change the size in a different branch or I have to wait minimum of seven days, at the end I traveled to different mall in Sharjah to get my size, I don’t recommend anybody to purchase from the store
