Anytime Fitness Brisbane CBD

It was a really bad experience, someone stole my wallet from the gym, they used my credit and debit card so then, staff was unable to provide further information about the thief, no compensation at all, they only said that the police was checking cameras. I’ve lost all my documents and some money. I wouldn’t recommend the city venue

Away on business to fabulous Brisbane from Sydney - awesome gym. Great equipment new - location bang in the CBD - ticks all the boxes. Great overhead fans everywhere - cool ambient temperatures - no bad smells ( except me sweating away! haha I use deodorant I promise just kidding!) Great rest rooms / space. Thanks

This is a great facility with excellent staff and management. The club has a variety of high quality equipment, so putting together a great workout is never an issue.

Equipment is well-maintained and the amenities are kept spotless - highly recommend!

Really bad. This afternoon I went to do my work out and this is the first time a trainer doesn't say, hi, or good afternoon or a good welcoming....Not he told me right away that my mountain bike was not permitted inside in a really rude mood. I have been a member of Anytime for over 10 years using facilities all over New Zealand and Australia and I always find the staff happy to find a sport for my bike. however this the first time that a trainer is so rude and instead of finding a solution or welcoming I have felt attacked. Lack of customer service skills. Very bad experience. I am not going back to that horrible place.

I joined before the CBD club opened, replacing two sites (Eagle St and King George Square). The new equipment is great, but it's cramped and crowded regardless of what time of day you head in because they're catering for such a large member base with so much equipment in the gym.

Very spacious gym. Great variety of equipment. Bathroom is large and clean. Only issue is that it was too warm. AC needs to be better.

Unhelpful staff. Im a club member at King George. when i bring my friend for 1 trial sessions during staff hour. He want to join a gym at new CBD gym. We were told to wait for 15-20mins. Then a staff came over to told us “$20 per trial session even my you friend want to join after trial”.
