I live on 55 st, close to this clinic. They don’t accept new patients. And the receptionists could at least be a bit more polite in response.

She says appointment only.
I tell them can tomorrow work and she says no.
So she tells me Friday.
I say thats fine.
Then she asks if I’ve been here before and I say no.
She says we don’t take new clients then hangs up. OKAY???

My appointment was at 2:45 and I reached there at 2:40, was waiting there for 1:10 minutes. If you guys can see the patient on time why do you boom appointments 😔

It was a nice experience at the clinic, the office staffers were highly professional and courteous. Meeting with Dr Alarpe was a good experience, as he paid attention to my concerns and ensured proper follow up and care. I highly recommend this clinic for both family and individual needs.

There is not a single time where they will take you in on time as per your appointment. No matter how advanced you booked your appointment, they will still make you wait minimum of 1 hr or more..they should really improve on their timing or if they can not accommodate so many appointment in one day they should keep more time between each appointment rather than making patient wait hour to 1.5 hr every time on scedule appointment. This is ridiculous...strongly suggest go to a different place dont even bother here

Horrible wait time. There’s no point in booking an appointment here because you’ll never see the doctor at the time of your appointment. Every single time I come here I have to wait 15-30 minutes before I get any service. You also always have to book 1 week in advance and they don’t accept walk ins. They need to better manage their time so that appointments actually start when they’re supposed to. No other clinic or medical service has had me waiting when there’s an appointment, except for grace point. I didn’t even want to write this review thinking I just had bad luck the previous times I came, but EVERY single time there’s a wait problem? Ridiculous. You’ll have better luck going to a walk in clinic, then coming here to see your family doctor.

Edit: today was different, I waited over 45 minutes instead of the usual 15-30, love that for me😍🤗

Terrible! Would give 0 if possible. Booked an appointment at 3:30 and arrived early. Waited an hour til we actually even got put into the waiting room. Not to mention people who came after us got in before us. Then waited for another half an hour and no doctor ever showed. We went to the front and all the lady said was “Sorry” and didn’t even check with the doctors. The entire time we waited we heard doctors laughing and have conversations instead of treating us. Super disappointed and disrespectful. Won’t be coming back nor would recommend to others.
