The manager of this bp needs to learn customer service. Maybe needs training again. And also to teach his staff a lady name jo how to treat people. Terrible service

Lovely staff, but Please train them to stop overheating/burning the milk, it just tastes burned and burns your tongue 20mins later... so gutted about this. I buy coffee here often and lately this has been happening a lot.

A M&S food shop attached to Petrol station. Staff always helpful and knowledgeable. Good selection of products.
Parking limited now since electric car chargers arrived.

Bought a scratch card from here. Won £10. Went to claim the £10, cashier says scratch off the 4 digit number please. Did as I was asked, numbers were damaged. Cashier says I can’t give you the money now. Can you say Scam?

Total capacity of tank in my motorcycle is 14liters came to this station with at least 3liter in my tank and wanted to top it up when pump was showing 12.5liters I've stop any told cashier that is something wrong with the pump as it impossible to put more petrol then tank holds and it wasn't even full yet. I wanted to pay for this petrol and use another pump to make tank full. Cashier said that I can but she will charge me again and did not won't to listen any explanations. I've played for 12.5l and left with half full tank. Went strait to another station and top it up 5.5liter that means if there pump was working correctly I've put 18 liters of petrol in 14liter tank that had some petrol in already.
F... magic!!!

Today I queued up to get my car diesel as my car was very very low on fuel .. had to wait in the queue for close to 3 hours from 7PM and when my turn was 2 cars behind, the attendant closed the petrol bunk around 9.52PM.. This petrol bunk says it’s open 24 hours, there was no shortage of fuel but why turning down the customers when they have waited for 3 hours.. I am helpless as all the nearby bunks are closed..

Wow customer services hitting a new low. The female who served me a coffee would be better suited mucking out a horse enclosure. I never been treated or spoken too so terribly from a member of staff from such an establishment. Disgraceful and I shall never return.

I was disgusted to find when I pulled up after work on Sunday 24th January at 23.35 pm , the clerk drinking milk/cream which they use in the coffee machine straight from the carton. I was going to have a cappuccino for my drive home but left with just my cigarettes. Being a restaurant manager I am tempted to report this to NSF. Would never drink coffee from there again and I would suggest the clerk be trained in basic food hygiene level 2. Still gagging at the thought some poor person going to order hot drink in morning made from his dirty back wash milk.
