Guys don’t ever trust them. They don’t know the meaning of customer satisfaction and don’t know how a e-commerce website runs. DONT EVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM.

Requested for exchange with the tags on .. but they lost the tags and did not exchange my product.. very bad experience .. never shop online

Good clothes but very typecast now

Staff is good, helpful and polite..

THEY ARE FAKE....SELLING NORMAL PRODUCTS AT 4 TIME PRICE...COPYING BIG BRAND...BE AWARE...AND EVEN AFTER CANCELLATION THEY ARE DELIVERING GOODS AND WHEN ASKED TO REFUND THEN THEY DONT HAVE ANY PERSON TO PICK GOODS...

They used to be good. Some of their items were staple pieces for me. But then I made the mistake of ordering online. It took over 12 days. I ordered 2 items, both were entirely different from what I ordered. Firstly the item was something else totally. The quality was different from store. The sizing was also different from store. And as a policy they will not let you exchange these with items in the store nor will they refund your money. I'm stuck with these and have no idea what they will send next after making me wait endlessly. The idea is probably to tire younout. I thought this was a decent brand but the online operation is like a scam.

The staff at the GK1 store is highly unprofessional. We were asked to start trying the clothes at 8:30pm as they wanted to close by 8:45pm. Though the closing time mentioned on Google is 9pm.

Sara or Sarah, the salesgirl was specifically rude and disinterested. She was busy eating ram ladoos from a street vendor than attending customers. She just left us in the middle of us trying the clothes and went to the vendor outside on the road.

You don't expect this kind of service when you are actually buying things.
