Incorrect hours listed online, beware of showing up could be completely off.

I visited this branch and was misled by the teller and manager there. They said my check ordering fee would be waived, and thus I ordered a check book. Then the hefty fee was charged to my bank account. When I went back there to dispute, they took no responsibility to their promise, as if lying to customers is just normal and the customer should be responsible for believing their lies. I'm very disappointed and will move my banking activities away from BOA in the future. Customers, be careful with BOA teller's advice, you can't trust them!

I recently visited this particular location and Vincent was amazing. Very knowledgeable and professional. I had a few questions and he answered them with no hesitation and such a pleasant attitude. Bank of America has a gem with this employee.

Every time I come everyone is always so friendly! I’m in and out fast. There’s one closer to my job but I would much rather take a walk to this one than the one close!
