Restaurant Boustan

The worst customer experience I have ever had at any restaurant. The guy at the counter harassed me and was never willing to hear the customer’s request. Will never visit this place ever again.

Garlic sauce is weak in flavor. Got 2 saj shawarma, half of it was mostly bread and there was barely any flavor. It used to be better I think

We had a large order for my company and the customer service was excellent! The food was prepared as ordered and delicious. Thank you to the team!

Service was quick but my shawarma didn’t have the garlic sauce… which was my main craving 😭 nevertheless, food was good.

As you can see in the picture, there is no beef in the Sandwich, and this is the first time such thing happens to me in Boustan. I told the worker he ignored my comments by saying the meat is inside !

Ordered the kafta arayess as delivery, and the meat came back pink and the pitas were soggy. Undercooked. I called and asked and the employee on the phone tried to assure me it was cooked and would not allow me to speak to a manager when I requested one. I like Boustan but this particular location is to be avoided.

I've eaten several times at Boustan, usually the one on Crescent street downtown.Food there is amazing and always consistent but not my favourite because of their horrible service. This one, in front of Metro Cote-Vertu, is my 4th time coming here and service is always excellent. The taste of the chicken shawarma is slightly different to the ones I'm used to, (the Boustan in CDN and Dtown) but nonetheless, food is always fresh. The potatoes could add a bit more flavour to it, as for "garlic" potatoes. And the Pita bread could be softer, maybe heat it up before serving it? Otherwise, this place would be a 5 start. Good service, clean space, and good food. Ohh, I usually alway take the chicken wrap but this time, opted for a chicken shawarma plate instead. Good proportions
