Shake Shack Dedham

We brought our kids to the Newbury Street location and Legacy Place in Dedham twice. The staff yells at one another, the management team screams at the staff, and foul language is thrown around very loosely. When we placed our order, the guy looked at me as if I was inconveniencing him. I don't know if this is what Shake Shack corporate wants their image to be, but either way, beware when taking your kids into these 2 locations. I only go there if I'm desperate to feed my kids.

That hot meiser was really. Good didn’t like the half tea and half lemonade but the vegan chocolate shake was good

I placed an order online for pickup but had a few issues with my order. I was missing a sandwich, the "bottled" root beer I ordered came in a cup, and the dog biscuits I got for my dogs were rock hard. My dogs will try to eat anything but they would not touch these biscuits.

I regret not double checking everything before driving home but this was a slow night and I was not expecting any issues. I'm a huge fan of Shake Shack, so I was really disappointed with this experience. I reached out to the store after getting home and was only offered a refund on the missing sandwich. I get that mistakes happen but they didn't even try to make it right. I want my money back.

The Shake Shack hospitality team reached out to me after learning about my experience and I was refunded for the items I was unhappy with. They were polite and professional and I am happy with how they handled the situation.

Clean Restaurant with really good burgers. Price is okay but for good beef you have to pay. Very friendly staff. He was tall, had a cap and glasses

Food good.

Price I paid for the service I received… poor.

Tables were not wiped down, employee who was working on the “floor” and looked to be the guy in charge of the others on ( Sunday at 3ish ) was too busy talking to wipe tables, bring food out to order in customers or just in general give any concern to the customers who dropped 50 dollars on 2 shakes, 2burgers, and an order of bacon fries.

Would recommend owners send in some people to watch and report back what they see. I will not return to this location

Honestly don't get the hype for this place. I spent $30 and got a couple burnt burger that had no flavor. I didn't get a shake so I assume they pair better but I don't see any difference in quality of food compared to any fast food joint which are all much more value for what you get. The cheese fries were good so 5 stars on the cheese fries and -1 star for the burger.

Good burgers and shakes. Open a little later and great to grab and go. 👍
