Such a poor service. I tried calling them several times. Every time either I can’t hear you and I was switched to waiting or they simply hang the phone on me. My question wouldn’t take a seconds of your time. The last time I chose for English option and the lady on the other side told me I selected the wrong option, I should have selected option no 2 , I told her thats what I did. “No” she said , just call again and chose option 2 and upon hanging the phone I heard her saying in Arabic, something like we don’t have time for you. What do you have time for then!!!

We sent email asking two simple questions about whether visa and covid test are needed. Never got any response. Don't know how it got 4-star rating. Very bad services.

Hello, This is Niralee and I have been trying to reach out via phone calls and emails since 1 month. But I have never heard back. It’s really urgent Team, can I please get a call back. On dialing the number mentioned and selecting 9 to talk to an operator it gets me disconnected every single time. Please help if anyone knows the process of reaching out to them. Thanks and help is much appreciated.

He is friendly and trying to help as much as he can to make it easy .

I had a question about getting a permit for bringing certain medications which are restricted into the UAE, so I sent them an email. 2 days later they responded and told me to call Winnie, the health service attaché. She was super friendly and helpful over the phone and guided me through the process for applying for the permit. Excellent service I must say!

First couple of times, it was difficult to get a hold of someone if I press '0' for operator, but after trying a different digit, I got thru to a brother named Thamer, and he was very helpful and patient with answering the questions I had in regards to entering Dubai. Genuinely impressed, thanks Thamer! May Allah swt bless you!

Seems like pretty responsive staff. I've had some problems with other Middle-Eastern consulates processing marriage paperwork, but that was in Turkey and also a consulate for a different country. The UAE embassy seems to be filled with more competent staff.
