You will not regret the time spent exploring this museum. It's like a Tardis, with more to see around every corner and up every staircase. A big thank you to the staff, who are charming and helpful. Don't miss this on your visit to Edinburgh.

It's a free museum to enter and is deceptively large inside. It has a large variety of exhibits. Including the original architectural plans of modern Edinburgh that can be viewed. Also, Field Marshall Haig's family donated his war memorabilia. It's well worth a visit.
