Josée couloumbe who works for holand automotive group is unprofessional 0 patience and think's she is big shot there and she's just a worker who has no knowledge in customer service treats people badly insults her colleague to me on phone and does not take time to listen to the client who me was explaining to her that payment didnt go wanting to resolve the issue when I took initiative to call myself as I saw payment did no go she right away insulted me said I have no funds and I told her who are you to say I have no funds she said u have 0 dollars that's why your payment didn't go sweety I called my bank turns out It was blocked by the bank the payment I unblocked it simply and etransferd the payment now next time u wanna hire a person who has specialty in this department hire better staff because I won't be leasing anymore cars from here never ever again I have to give it to you guys... keep Fanya she's amazing there thx god for her I have someone I can speak to who has patience and knowledge in customer service not all your staff is bad just that lady oufffff she should not be here maybe she did not have enough sweets or coffee that day she needed some sugar or so but I won't forget how I was treated
The nicest cars on the market, with great deals and prices including the best service ever! Very friendly and helpful staff and specially Mayer Biton, that's actually a place that you can see in very few places that costumer service and costumer satisfaction is the number 1 at Holland Leasing!
SCAMMER ALERT!!! Very bad business practices. Everything was all great then all of a sudden they turn on you and change things. Broken promises. NOT TO BE TRUSTED. They will rip you off they have no consciences. Disgusting business practices. Stay away!!!! Our family lost a lot of money because of these guys .

Just received a call at the business i work at regarding a wholesale buy from us. I was very courteous with the person who called me from this company.
We were not able to sell these people a car because we do not do business with wholesale on our vehicles...
This person hung up the phone. I guess they're not humane enough to end a conversation by acknowledging theres another human being on the phone with them.
If you desire to do business in this world, the main thing is how you treat people.
Basically what you've said is you're successful enough (not with 3 stars on Google Reviews but lets assume otherwise for now) that you do not need to be courteous with people you might wish to do business with.
I guess if u want something from them contact them but if they cant respond to your needs be rude. Thats their policy anyways! Amazing!!

Never again will I do business with such a dishonest company. Worse customer service ever. If they can find a way not give you your money and keep it trust me they will. When you treat your customer like an 18 year old bum who can't count or read a countract because they didn't buy a rolls royce, I wish you all the luck with your shady business. Stealing from your clients is a terrible way of conducting business and looks like you've been very successful at it.
