I support the mission. We need more diverse smaller power production being more affordable. I imagine how little part of country could be in their own grid. Amazing

What makes last energy special is the people. I can't say enough good things about Mike. We all fall short sometimes however good people can navigate those shortfalls. Last energy certainly does not come in last when it comes to good people.

I'm saddened to have to leave this review, as I was genuinely optimistic about my experience with Last Energy. Unfortunately, their services fell short of my expectations.
The customer service was not up to par. When I had questions or issues, it felt as if I was a burden rather than a valued customer. Their response times were slow and the solutions they proposed were inadequate, causing unnecessary frustration.
The quality of their service was also lacking. The energy supply was inconsistent, causing several disruptions to my daily life. The price I was paying did not reflect the level of service I received, and that was disappointing.
To make matters worse, their billing system is convoluted and their charges are not transparent. I found myself often confused by the discrepancies in my bills and their inability to explain these charges was concerning.
Overall, my experience with Last Energy has been disappointing. I would advise potential customers to weigh their options carefully before committing to this company. I sincerely hope that Last Energy takes this feedback into consideration and makes necessary changes to improve their service.
