I wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Nurse Yuan at the Mediclinic Deira branch. From the moment we walk in, his warm and welcoming smile instantly put us at ease. What sets Nurse Yuan apart is his genuine interest in each patient's well-being, as he consistently takes the time to inquire about everyone’s day.

Despite the clinic's staffing challenges, he remains dedicated to accommodating everyone promptly. It's with a heavy heart that we learned he'll be leaving soon – Mediclinic Deira will undoubtedly miss him.

Kudos to him for going above and beyond, embodying the essence of patient-centric care. The clinic would be fortunate to have more nurses like him.

I had an excellent experience during my visit for an eye nerve scan. The optometrist, Mr. Ajaz, was both professional and friendly. He explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. The appointment ran on time, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend their services.

My experience with Mediclinic is always great irrespective of the branch I visit. They have a wonderful set of Doctors and staff. You feel well informed and respected . I visited Dr Israa (Internal Medicine) a week ago for myself and my daughter. She was very polite and provided me a personal touch in her treatment. The best medicine a doctor can give to their patients is mental satisfaction that yes I am in good hands and will be treated well. Now, we are fit and fine. Thank you.

Mediclinic staff are usually accommodating, and offer friendly approach in every possible way towards everyone who needs their services.
But just a while back, a telephone operator named Reyna/Reina/Reena sounded rude and unfriendly when I inquired about health package. Her way doesn’t fit your core value - Trusting and Respectful. You may want to check the recorded call (if there is any). But as far as I felt, that is not the Mediclinic way.

We are very satisfied with the services offered by Mediclinic. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. I would like to commend Dr. Henry Galuba, he has taken care of my medical needs very well.

We are also very satisfied with our kids pediatrician' Dr. Girlie, and the nurses under her especially Yuan. As a parent, we are certain that our kids are in good hands. She's very open to questions and discussions as well.

It’s not every day you find a dental team that combines professionalism with such genuine care. Dr. Tanweer Abdulnabee and her Nurse Ms. Daryl truly went above and beyond during our visit. Their impeccable teamwork made our experience not just bearable, but genuinely pleasant. My husband and I were blown away by their expertise, patience, and the comfortable atmosphere they created. It’s evident they take pride in their work, and their patients’ well-being is their top priority. We are truly grateful and will wholeheartedly recommend them to our friends and family.
