Very good Saturday brunch. Super tasty, overwhelming choices of food, very good and friendly service with Mr. Tarun and Dinesh.

Booked a few days ago to take my wife for our 15th anniversary. Had chosen there because my wife had worked in the previous hotel on that site 20 years ago.
Got a call at lunch time today to advise that the choice would be limited due to it being summer. Too late to change our plans, should have been told that when we booked.
In the end the choice was very very limited and of poor quality but the price was unaltered. The food that was there was barely warm and didn't taste great. Really disappointing and poor value, even when using the Entertainer voucher.
Only positive was the service. Our waiter Lal was very attentive and encouraging us to try the seafood buffet on Saturdays. Unfortunately I don't think we will return.

We visited the market 2 days ago but this time the food wasn’t as expected
When Mr Tarun knew that we have issue he came & brought the chef to hear what we dislike to change it in the future
He took care of us brought mojitos, a nice fruit platter, the chef made a fresh kebab & they celebrate my birthday with a delicious cake 🥰

This has to be one of the best Iftar Buffets I have had in Dubai.
Everything from start to finish was amazing.
Food quality, taste and presentation was excellent. They had so much variety of food from far east to the west, they had everything.
Sushi along with other Japanese food, Chinese and Indian food, Italian and western food and how can I forget a whole lot of Arabic and Moroccan cuisine.
Starters were excellent, the best was Eastern style beef soup which was simply amazing.
Mains were amazing too with so much choice that it was hard to choose and then to finish it off with amazing variety of desserts.
It was definitely one of the best experiences I had. Well done guys and keep it up.

located in the 1st floor of Hilton Hotel, RTA parking available outside the hotel. we went on a wednesday so the atmosphere is a bit gloomy. their options are limited. buffet includes soda, coffee and tea for 250 AED. I think it is not worth paying 250 AED for this buffet, good thing i have the entertainer. whew. though the asian section is super amazing there is a friendly chef that makes noodles live and we enjoyed it. the beef satay is amaaazing. they have brazo de mercedes on their dessert anf fondue too! they have excellent dessert options. there are no lobsters and no oysters but there is sashimi. i tried calling their landline before coming but no one answered. and i called like 10 times. anyway i dont think it is worth it so wont be coming back. service is great though staff are polite and friendly.
A very good place to eat your meals while stayin at the hilton al habtoor hotel, there are so many dishes, everyone will find somthing tasty to eat.
The food is fresh and everything around is always super clean.
Service is Top Class, you get your empty plates taken the moment you finish, all the time you are asked if need anything, and when you ask somthing you get it fast to the table.
There diffrenet locations, each with its kinds of food like arabic food, italian food, indian food, all kinds of fresh salads and fresh fruits. There is a nice selection of sweet deserets.
We stayed 6 nights on this hotel and used the market for breakfast, lunch or dinner and it was always a great experiance eating there.

It was nice buffet in market restaurants... It was big buffet and the food was very delicious..there services from the staff was friendly like Malan iquatir youshita arvind grupreet malice subham and brimless was amazing.. I loved the view of the restaurant.. A place worth trying.
