Nice place , great food options, great store selection, everyone is super nice and willing to help.
It's a bit too crowded at times.
The people who work at the mall customer service/information stand are absolutely out of place, they act like they hate their job, and they treat you like you are an insect taking too many questions distracting them from their important task on their tik tok apps ( sadly this is not something Thad has happened to me ones but rather is a constant on the mall, so avoid information)

Best mall in Santiago. You can find nice brands with great prices. GAP, Lacoste, CK, Tommy, Zara, MAC, Levis, Adidas, Puma, Nike, Victorias Secret etc
