My iPad stopped charging and having received the appointment in the official Apple support I arrived on time. The employee looked at my device offered me two options to repair it or exchange it for a new one, and both options cost the same, about 700 euros. I refused both options, as it is only 300 euros cheaper than a new device and went home. At home I just decided to try wiping the contacts in the charging slot and the device started charging.
You could have identified the problem and charged me a reasonable amount, but instead you got a bad review.
I also have questions for apple why it offers me such a disgusting service

Avoid. These people were a nightmare to deal with it - they do not answer email after email after email, sent my computer to my in-person delivery address without even bothering to check it was the same address for mailing (it isn't), and without me signing off on it, and then proceeded not to respond to emails about it after it got lost.
They were also wildly rude in person - one of the guys there obviously has some form of pressing psychological issue and kicked off our conversation by informing me in a rage that he couldn't tell what was wrong with the computer "just by looking at it." I pointed out that this wasn't a service that I or anyone else was asking for (....?). I was dropping off the computer for a diagnosis, and at no point asked him to diagnose it on the spot just by looking at the computer. Of course I wouldn't ask him to do this - why would I? I would want him to open it and see what was wrong. The interaction was so unacceptably absuive that I had to immediately call it to a halt, and ask to speak to another person, explaining to this genetleman that it was unprofessional to treat a customer as a punching bag. This should surely be obvious.
All this was in response to dropping off a computer for a standard repair. Good lord. So much drama, and so much unprofessionalism. These people are a nuisance, take your business elsewhere.

I had an appointment from apple to repair a device here under warranty. I wait for a week for my appointment and then I spend an hour to reach this place so they tell me that the technician is on leave and I need to make another appointment. They could have called or canceled the appointment and for that I wish I can give them less than a star

Absolut fantastischer Service! War wegen meines MacBook Airs gleich zweimal dort, jedes Mal wurde ich super freundlich empfangen, ausführlich und sehr kompetent beraten. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Have made an appointment via apple services to change battery for the specific device model in that branch. When arrived by appointment time I was declined, because technician cannot do it by the appointment day, and was offered to go to the other store which is 4,5km away.
However, back in 2019 I have brought my Mac to replace the screen by warranty and there was no issues.

Es war ein sehr komisches Gefühl in den Laden zu gehen. Die Angestellten waren die ganzen Zeit nur am Telefon. Sie haben mich offensichtlich nicht als ernsthaften Kunden wahrgenommen, was ich sehr demütigend fand. Hilfsbereitschaft war nicht wirklich erkennbar.

Hatte meinen Termin Slot un eine Halbe Stunde verpasst und kam dennoch zügig dran. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten wurde mein Handy (Ladebuchse) repariert von einem
sehr netten und kompetenten Technik Mitarbeiter.
Nur zu empfehlen - Immer wieder gern.
