Amazing as always and great service from all the staff, love going into wild and being treated by wonderful people. Also love the price range of all the items you will be well looked after if you do go into the shop 😊

The kids and I love to shop in here! They range such beautiful cards and gifts. Not to mention their amazing customer service. Such lovely people. Wouldn’t recommend anyone elsewhere. Keep up the great work guys!

The shop owner was rude and listened into a conversation out the front of her store. 1. she shouldn't listen into people's conversations. 2. I am entitled to my opinion, regardless. 3. Most importantly, I was not talking about her store, Wild. The moral of the story is, if you are going to eavesdrop at least get your facts right before commenting. lol I guess according to her reaction, the items in her store are way overpriced! Good luck selling your items with that attitude.

Who made you judge and jury for justifying your response? As, I have said clearly in point 3. I was taken out of context and I replied that directly too you when you rudely confronted us. This was a private conversation conducted, NOT in your store! There was no justification of your response.
In regards to being a keyboard warrior. I clearly have made a good call, judging by your physical response in front of your store, your written response and your previous negative reviews, I strongly believe this was a wise decision, not taking this up with you directly at the time.
MY OPINION, I have written in capitals as you seem to not understand this. Is my opinion and I should not be confronted and harassed outside your store. Judging by your reaction on a conversation taken out of context, leads me to believe that you hear this quite often.
As to the rest of your reply, it's just condescending and not worthy of the reply.

I was treated very poorly, and had the most ridiculous amount of issues trying to get a refund on a faulty product. Took me 5 seperate visits to the store and a call to consumer affairs before i finally recieved the refund i was entitled to. I could have done without the rudeness and attitude from the 2 owners of the store. I will NEVER shop there again and recommend to people to go elsewhere.

The owners and Ben are lovely. Super helpful, super informative and are always full of happy energy! They're happy to order in anything that you need or find an alternative if you can't. Best wild store. Customer service has always been fantastic which is why I keep coming back. Prices are all reasonable and they have a huge range of stock. Highly recommended.
