This place is great! The food is wonderful and the owners/operators are great hard working people... A true mom and pop operation.

It's Chinese food in Minnesota, so if you want it spicy, order extra spicy.

Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed!

We got a menu in the mail and tried it. We ordered the General Tso's chicken and the walnut shrimp, both with fried rice. We got it delivered and it arrived in less than 45 minutes, which is decent. Now I will caveat this because I grew up near Chef Chu's in Los Altos CA, considered some of the best American-Chinese food in the country, but why can't I find a decent Chinese restaurant in the Cities?! Anyway, this was my new floor in terms of food quality. It was clearly frozen chicken and shrimp that was put into a fryer, then covered in some gloopy corn-starch heavy sauce that also seemed like it was canned, and a few sprigs of broccoli. The fried rice was bland. This was a one-and-done dining experience for us.

I wish I had read the reviews. Please order elsewhere. I threw away $30 worth of food because I'm pretty sure they used spoiled chicken. I bit into it and it just tasted AWFUL. Immediately spit it out and threw it all away because didn't feel safe eating it. Shrimp dish also smelled very fishy.

I had my meal delivered on July 1st the delivery guy looked like he climbed out of a trash can he smelled like cigarette smoke so the entry of my home was so smelly after he left , I ordered over $40 worth of food and the chicken tasted a day old and when I called back to complain the manager said bring it back and I'll make you some new chicken I said No it should be delivered to me that's what I paid for once again he goes no you bring back I'll make you fresh then he hung up I decided just to throw the chicken away it wasn't worth getting new food it would probably be the same dry and old tasting and greasy. Not fit to give to my dog.

Beef jerky & lo mein. Straight to trash after a few bites. I am pretty fair in my reviews, but I won’t order from here again. This was clearly overcooked before it was placed in the container, note the charred meat.

I ate here twice in the last three weeks. The shrimp and chicken both were reheated frozen food. The fried rice wasn't terrible but the container wasn't even full. The egg rolls were good.

Oh man, that lo mein was terrible.
Update 12/7/23: Doordash delivered someone else's order to my door from this restaurant.
Amy C. you ordered the egg foo young and some dumplings. I waited for someone to show up and take it from my front door but no one came for 1/2 hour so I called in your ticket number to Dash support.
Doordash told me you got a full refund already and told me to keep your order.
If I were you, I wouldn't order from this restaurant ever again. I felt guilty taking it but I was left with no choice as I have no idea who you are and you wouldn't want a stranger 3rd party involved with your food and nor would I in this situation.
I had to see if my 1 star review from a year ago still held ground and boy did it ever... This is some awful excuse for egg foo young and steamed dumplings. Rubbery, bland, overcooked, like its been under a heat lamp for the last few hours in a build-a-bear factory.
In a very small way, I'm glad you didn't suffer the disappointment this restaurant considers "quality food" for your sake.
Please spend your Doordash budget with a different place than this so called "Restaurant" here in Eagan.
I hope you read this one day, miss Amy C. I'm very sorry it wound up so stupidly in error by Doordash and especially Golden Wok for the terrible version of something they sell as edible.
