I am dissatisfied after just a call to the gym to ask about memberships, I just want to use the facility and dont need a personal trainer, since I am a personal trainer myself ! Despite telling the lady on the phone , she insisted that this is the only thing they offer personal training is compulsory to use the gym !
However, the gym looks good with prime branded equipment.

Being a fitness coach myself I was still struggling with achieving my personal fitness goals. Motivation and consistency were there.

I joined Elite Fitness in July, 2022.

After years of gradually putting on weight it was time to find myself the right place to start getting healthy again. I’m so glad I found Elite Fitness. It’s semi private training with a customised 6 month plan that Includes food management. The coaches are great, push you enough to get a solid workout but still want to come back the next day! For me this gym and set up is exactly what I needed, help me get structure and consistency in my training.
A good friend suggested I come with her to Elite Fitness and try a free training session. I'm so happy I did. From the first day, I have felt welcomed and never once an ounce of the dreaded 'gym intimidation'. Elite is so much more than a gym, where do I begin? Mainly it's the incredible and professional Coaches and friendly staff. The equipment is top notch, the space is always clean and ready to go. Each session I'm both challenged and inspired by my Coaches. My individualized training and nutrition programs keep me motivated. Each day, I feel more confident and ready to work hard on this journey. Thanks to the Team at Elite Fitness, happy to train here.
I just started my fitness jurney with Elite, and the only thing I can say is AMAZING! Entire team is extremely professional and encouraging. Even just a few weeks in, I have seen great results, thanks to the great attention to detail and support the team has given me both inside & outside the gym to reach my targets. Elite EPT is a great place to exercise and learn about how you look after your body and mind. The coaches are top class, friendly, and very approachable. The classes booking system is just fantastic. The car park facility makes the gym visit easy and hustle-free. I should have joined the Elite club a long time ago instead of wasting time and money doing random unsupervised exercises and waiting for my turn in those -famous- crowded gyms.

I’m not a gym fan at all, but at some point I decided to go on and give Elite Fitness a try. And I can say since January 2022, I’m 6 days a week at the gym.
