Big Bowl Thai Cuisine

Went to Big Bowl Thai Cuisine for the first time today. The service was excellent and the food was even better. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Box and it was so delicious, I highly recommend.

I LOVE Big Bowl! This is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Huntsville. No matter what you order, you won’t go wrong! Their portions are generous and their meals are affordable. And their Thai Tea is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for lunch!

Went here for the first time and it was so delicious! I had the Spicy Thai basil chicken. The staff is friendly and I just loved all the little extras. Like the straw! Great quality! We will be back.

Very yummy food and good service! Place was relatively clean besides the table and menus were sticky.

I had mild curry, husband had chicken pad Thai. Will definitely come again!!

My husband and I are new to the area and wanted to try a new Thai place. This is right by his work so we went for it and it was pretty good! Thai tea is amazing, friend bananas are delicious!! Both of our meals had noodles in them and I knocked a star off because the noodles were super super gummy. Very overcooked and stuck together in some parts, but the flavors in both dishes were great!

This was our first time eating at Big Bowl Thai Cuisine and we were pleasantly surprised! Both the food and service were both great!

The lunch menu includes the house coconut soup and salad. The lunch box was nice because it came with your choice of protein, California roll and rice. The Pad Thai Chicken was also good. Highly recommend trying the Thai iced tea!

Conveniently located off University Drive near MidCity, there’s plenty of parking in the lot outside. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. It also appears that they do a lot of take out orders which they seem to be very efficient at.

The service was both friendly and fast. I was impressed how fast our food came out after we ordered. We will definitely be back!

We usually order take out from here and get a noodle dish. We absolutely love their drunken noodles so tasty! Their spice level is not always consistent on the drunken noodles. My husband loves spice and he always orders Thai Hot, but I feel like every other time he doesn't think it's hot. Today he didn't say Thai Hot and I think that maybe why today his wasn't spicy.

Today I felt like trying something different. I ordered the Thai BBQ chicken lunch plate. I am not well versed in Thai food so I don't know if this is typical for Thai BBQ chicken, but it almost seemed like they braised the chicken in regular BBQ sauce. It wasn't bad, but definitely not what I expected. The skin was soggy and the meat was almost overcooked. I was craving some char on my chicken with a little crisp skin marinaded with a lime marinade. I was really disappointed in this one. My dish did come with fried rice. It was very plain with some pineapples chunks on top, but oh so good and well seasoned! I feel like it must have had msg in it. I loved it!

The lunch menu comes with a small coconut soup and spring rolls. The soup is delicious and nice and tart. The spring rolls are a veggie spring roll so they are not my favorite, but a good veggie spring roll.
