Great place to Park for the whole day.3.95 for 24 hours
COMPLETE SCAM, DO NOT PARK HERE.
Awful car park since they updated it. The machine doesn't work properly and the camera is poorly placed. So that it think's you've left the car park when you are parked up in the bay to pay for the parking.
Thus issuing fines to lots of people. No proper process to appeal. Even though we paid. Now facing a £60 fine, which could increase to £100. No right to re appeal, despite taking photo evidence and providing a bank statement to show payment. Likely as another lady said they passed her fine on to debt collectors as she was contacting the ombudsman to re appeal.
No way out of the fine. COMPLETE SCAM.

Do not park here! I tried to pay for my parking session and it wouldn't show up on the machine. After trying to find my session for about 5 minutes, a parking session for my car appeared so I paid and left. It only showed up for an hour stay even though I'd been there for over 2 hours.
Few weeks later I received a PCN stating I hadn't paid for my parking session. I appealed but the appeal was rejected and there is no way to re-appeal as they refer you to the ombudsman.
Fix your machines and stop ripping people off with the extortionate fines. £100 fine because the machine wouldn't show me the actual parking session I'd been there for!

Downloaded the app to pay detailed on the sign at the entrance and set up automatic payment but still fined £100. Don’t risk parking here.
Had a bit of a tidy up here and there, but now, it's not really any more economical than others. Also found price, after I had parked, had gone up, the large sign had gone. Felt like a bit of a con. Play fair, or not at all!!
I have just paid £4.95 per day, for parking here for the third Saturday running, despite the display boards around the actual car park stating that the fee is £3.95. Please can someone from NCP explain why this is happening. Thank you.
If I would know they changed price from £3.50 to £4.95 I wouldn't use this horrible parking. Not much space between cars. I couldn't get out my kids from car and 2 hours cost me much more then anywhere else. Disappointed - Definitely I not gonna use this parking any more.
