El Mesón Beer Garden

This became our weekly hangout spot for a tasty beer. Wonderful selection on tap and reasonably priced given the quality. The sandwiches are tasty too! The beef is cooked just right. We will thoroughly miss this place when we leave town!

Today 2019, the best place to drink local and imported beer within downtown. No points on style, but best selection of beer. Only drawback is that they have a restaurant license, you need to order food, like fries.

Great taplist with a wide range of beers from Chile and abroad with reasonable prices. Service can be a bit slow but they do get very busy, and pouring a good pint takes time. I'd happily give this place four or five stars but the entire outdoor seating area is smoking (like most places in Chile, sadly). So if you're a nonsmoker who wants to sit outside on a warm night you get to enjoy secondhand smoke from all the tables around you with your beer. If they could make half the outdoor tables no smoking the place would be fantastic.

A very crowded place, you need to be very patient to wait for your turn, but it will worth it. A variety of Chilean crafted beer and international beers. If you're going in group, you must order the "pitcher", is very cheap. The fries are the best. Recommended 👌

A small place with a very nice atmosphere with great Chilean food and cold beer.

A little expensive, but a good place to have some excentric beers!
