I was there on 15th November to renew my passport they were fast and respectful. Right now I just received my new passport it just been a month. They are great and thanks for your service 👍.

I was there last week and have to admit was a bit apprehensive given the negative reviews. OMG I was pleasantly surprised by this team. They were so nice and professional. They made the process super smooth. I was served by Abdul who was extremely helpful. I can’t say enough about his awesome service. Thank you!

It’s impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or emails to receive an update on your ID. When someone finally answered the phone they were very rude and could not answer how much longer my ID would take. It’s very frustrating especially considering you still need to fill out the online application, print it, and then arrange travel to go back down to get a passport. What’s the point of offering these services if no one can be reached unless you physically go down to the embassy?

The Embassy staff were very friendly, efficient and respectful. Abdi was wonderful he was very professional and friendly. They handled a gentleman who had lost his mother with compassion and kindness.

I applied for my new generation passport . Every was smooth from Biometrics data capturing to the delivery . The embassy officials were friendly and very helpful . Thank you so much for professionalism.

This embassy is a joke. I applied for my passport in May 2022, it is now August 2023 its been 1 year and 3 months. I have called daily nobody picks calls and all the extensions are full. The operating lady hangs up calls whenever she wants. I have my job on the line and nobody cares to process my documents that i have already paid for. This is madness that they are so unprofessional. How can people who know visa and passport are important just have such unprofessonal manner. This location should be closed down.

Worst Customer experience Ever ! I needed my passport renewed and visited the Kenyan Embassy. I had an appointment at 9 am. I got there at 8:50 am. They served me at 12:30 ! The guy doing the biometrics was constantly on his personal phone talking to his friends . That was March . I have been trying to follow up to see if they have my passport to no avail. You call and nobody picks up and their voicemail doesn’t work ! This is totally unacceptable guys . You need to step up. I am to travel in a couple of weeks and don’t have any travel documents.
