The roots restaurant offers to my surprise a "Palestine sandwich"!!, that's right! a political sandwich, nothing about Israel! How trendy supporting terror is! 🤮 stay away if you're Jewish we don't feel so welcome🤮

Really appreciate our time here, the service was amazing, really kind and easy going.
Food is so good as well, really tasty and good portion.
Price is really affordable too.
Best option for vegetarians in Zurich.

Wonderful late lunch here today. The autumn salad was delicious!
Only comment is that the coffees were not hot enough despite asking for this….

Went here for pancakes but unfortunately those are only available on the weekends. Had an acai bowl instead and it was so good! Also had a macacao latte which was nice but I would prefer it to be a little stronger.

Service was really nice and welcoming.

Nice spot for a quick snack. Almost everything on the menu is vegan and the meals are well thought-out and tasty. The joint has in- and outdoor seating.

We had Quinoa Tofu bowls with hummus, avocado and cashew-milk sauce.

Oh my YUM. This was a great relaxing brunch location for us on a hot day in Zurich. I had the Avocado toast, cappuccino and a ginger ice tea after. My friend had the weekend pancakes and couldn’t stop talking about how good they were. On top of that the staff was so great. Highly recommend whether you’re vegan or not!

Was so good for our first visit we came back a second time for the weekend breakfast pancakes. 10/10! The oat milk lattes were perfectly made and the staff were super friendly and kind to make a very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere inside. Would definitely return again when in Zurich next time, a must visit for anyone who enjoys carefully crafted food and coffee.
