Disgraceful charging £1.50 extra just for the hot option for curries. When I asked why it's extra because I've never heard of this charge anywhere before he went "Because it's extra because it's hot so we add chili" and said it in such a nasty tone that I should've cancelled the order then and there. What's wrong with them? Plus it's around a tenner each for a curry. Since when??

Been going here for over 30years, Best Keema ever. Been loads of places trying to get better but never came close.

Awful customer service, we ordered chips and when we tasted it it was not fresh at all, tasted stale. When we complained, they are refusing to accept the chips weren’t fresh. Awful customer service. Do not recommend.

Dark & depressing place. I went with my wife to try this restaurant, nobody was there in the hall, we waited for staff for some time but nobody came. I walked to see anyone there and saw all of them busy talking in kitchen. They saw me but preferred to ignore me & continue their deep heart to heart conversation. We had to leave the place. There was no other customer and perhaps they didnt want anyone to come to their restaurant. We then ate At restaurant next to them and enjoyed their food (Jaan’s Restaurant)

I have ordered from Shandhar for over 20 years at different addresses and its always been good so I will not go on a rant as when they get it right the food is spot on, but tonight and I want to give an honest review it took nearly 2 hours to be delivered at £6 delivery charge to Darwen, When it came I was handed a bag from a driver that could not care less he might as well as just opened his window of the car and chucked it in the garden and piped his horn, rung the restaurant and they was apologetic but not really bothered in honesty, I don't want my money back neither just disappointed in honesty but I gave them 3 stars as most of the time its very good in honesty
