Wonderful waxing experience. Clean, fast, no double dipping. They use a softer wax that gets hair from the root without too much pain or tugging on skin. The owner is from Brazil!

I’ve been waxing with Corina for longer than I can remember and she is spectacular! She is so skilled there is minimal discomfort & it’s a fast experience. It’s everything you want from a wax salon.

I only go here for waxing. I'm not sure of the price in relation to other places, but I have tried quite a few waxing experiences and I trust this place the most. No gimmicks, professional, and very clean. They're very quick and efficient, which with my sensitive skin is a must. I communicate a lot during the session, and they're very responsive - and if I'm feeling a lot of pain for some reason, they adjust what they're doing to accommodate the extra sensitivity. Because I'm sensitive, I take a pain reliever 30 minutes before my appointment and that helps for a good session (good advice for any waxing session).

This waxing center is by far the best! Corina is such a beautiful soul — she is kind, respectful, and amazing at what she does! Corina will leave you nice and clean (no hair left behind!). She is the absolute best and the ONLY person I go to! Everyone there is super nice and the entire place is always super clean! Definitely get waxed here, you won’t regret it! I started coming here back when they were located next to Kaufman Studios, and then they moved to Manhattan and I'd still take the time to go there, and now that they're back in Astoria I am super excited! I've been going here since probably 2015 and I have no complaints. The people who own it are extremely lovely, professional and clean. They never double dip. I always show up early and my appointments have either been done earlier or started exactly on time. Corina is a very lovely lady who really takes care of her customers. Luckily you can pay with card so no need to bring cash.
