Terrible experience we called in an order went inside to pick it up. Had to wait 30 minutes for the cashier to come back delivering everyone else’s orders and then telling us the lady over the phone didn’t put in our order so we had to put in another order. Then we proceeded to wait an extra 30 minutes for our food to be made. They gave us our food then didn’t give us everything we ordered, and we requested a manager and not one manager came out to front to come speak with us
I’ve been here a 3-4 times in the last few months. Literally every time we are sat at a visibly dirty table and the host just drops the menus and runs away. Service is mixed. Typically OK but one time the server brought out only one meal and didn’t serve the other guest. Other guest had to wait and it wasn’t just a minute or two, it was 10-15 minutes. All the food should be served at once and you don’t leave a guest without food. The restaurant was pretty much empty too. It’s also really overpriced. The appetizers are tiny (barely enough for two people to share) and were like $10+ which isn’t worth it. The wings were good but again overpriced $1+ per wing. They mailed us coupons which helped bring the cost down.
Worse service by any restaurant ever!! Was sat at a table along with 3 other people.a few mins later was told we had to move due to some reason having to do with the server. Was brought over to another table in the back . No lighting! Next to the kitchen!! Waited a few mins just to see another couple being seated upfront.!!!! Why was we not offered that table?? It was so obvious!! Being the wrong color is just so enraging!! Had to leave to control myself.had to let them know I know!!
The food here, through no fault of the staff is not good. It's the terrible corporate management that keeps this place from being better. The food after several tries, is not more than edible, inconsistent, and I probably will refrain from ordering when I come to the bar.
The bar staff is friendly and attentive. They usually have a full bar and are splitting their time making drinks for tables as well as the bar.
The few times we sat at tables the service is just ok. Again, corporate management's fault for understaffing and underpayment.

I loved my southern chicken sandwich with the fries! This place is a paradise for spicy food lovers! My bf took the wings with the hot blazing sauce, and he literally was in tears (of joy) by the end of his meal. I would have liked if the place had their draft beers, but nevertheless they had good options of canned beers!
First off the root beer is off brand and watered down. The chicken was dry and cold when we got it. It was covered in way to much sauce it was unbearable. The nacho were also very cold, the chicken on the nachos looked suspect. At least the mozzarella sticks were good, I guess you can’t really mess that up. The server was very nice though. It was my first time here and I definitely won’t be back.
Tiniest tenders I’ve seen in my life. Feels like a ripoff. Quality no better than any garden-variety unseasoned boneless wing. I could have gone to a drive-thru & got better quality than this w/o having to wait 40 minutes. & for cheaper. 5 “tenders”, a thimble of BBQ sauce, plus some tots & a diet coke cost me $19.
