My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make us more than comfortable. The food was well above usual hotel standards, the beds were comfortable, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
Very welcomed, and the staff knows how to greet people.
They are going through renovation and 70% done. The lobby was very large and cozy.
Many amenities and no complaints at all.

This is a perfect place to stay for a business trip. Everything is fine, starting from reception, house keeping, room service and ending with food in the restaurant. Rooms are freshly repaired, lobby is very solid, the gym has a new equipment, the swimming pool has 3m depth.
Thanks for all the stuff in the hotel, especially to Rakeeb. I can recommend this place to everyone.

Rakeeb made a great impression with always prompt and consistent high quality room services - always perfectly clean. The hotel is a good price point for business travellers and the rooms are in very nice condition. Friendly staff where everyone has a smile and is happy to help
Stayed in Crown Plaza. Experienced awesome hospitality by front desk. Breakfast was good. Fantastic laundry service. House keeping department doing Fantastic room service. Especially GULAM has done good job everyday by keeping the room clean and neat. Overall good experience. Kudos to crown plaza management.
I had a pleasant stay at hotel. The staff is very caring and helpful. I liked the food and breakfast of the Hotel. The Housekeeping service is top notch, they clean rooms every day with perfection. A very special thanks to Mr. Gulam and his team for keeping the room up to date throughout my stay and making it a pleasant one.
New renovated room, very clean, the bed is comfortable, very quiet, we have a lot of good sleeps here :)
