Not sure if this is just this store or the whole franchise, but specifically at Paprotna 7 I was not able to buy the available TV.
Apparently, when you come to the store in person, I can buy the TV, but will not be able to return the TV even within 14 days. As I was told by shop assistant, it's the rule of the owner. It's 2022, having such a return policy is questionable at best.
Well, I don't know if it is the rule or some mistake was made, but I went to mediamarkt and got the same TV at the same price with 30 day return without a reason.
Giving 2 stars only cause the assistant somehow tried to be helpful and outline my options. Make sure you check and agree with return policies before buying in store.

A lot of products quite Good prices up to the day the information desk is busy but usually empty- Easy to collect parcel
Just the point of collection of your internet orders. You can't look at the goods there.
