the service at this restaurant is really amazing, they are very kind and the food comes pretty fast to your table. the whole atmosphere is so pretty with the whole decorations. i really recommend this restaurant, its not expensive for the amount of food you get!

Absolutely horrible burger, looked boiled, not one bit of colour from frying (see picture below) - if you like boiled or poached burgers ok, otherwise horrible

We ordered 4 custom burgers, in mine cook forgot to put 2 ingredients, for which I have paid. And two of my friend had really cold burger buns, like if cook forgot to warm them up :((( please pay attention to it :))

Very nice burger joint with lots of options, tasty and home-made items, including veggie and vegan options. Also has take-away and delivery options but the place is pretty and comfortable

I came in with low expectations since it is a chain that belongs to Negishi and Miss Miu (two average places). And it was exactly what I thought, mediocre burgers for the price. They said the standard is medium for the burger but both burgers we had were well done. Not coming back, just not worth it. Sorry!

It used to be a nice cozy place with good food. It's gone downhill. After the recent changes it's now an impersonal experience, you scan a QR barcode for the menu, order on your phone, pay on your phone. The only human contact is when you get the food at the table. Maybe there will be drones for that soon. And the food wasn't as hot as it could be. No spices on the table, no extra napkins.

The irony is the default 10% tip added to the bill. For what? I thought that went away in Switzerland decades ago. Pay the people better.

Meh.
