Seems like they have great items worth buying, but communication is useless. Excuses turned into ghosting completely.

This business is a huge scam! Robert will communicate to get your money, then he drops out completely! Our company spent a big amount on two costumes, he gave us a firm ship date, then let me know that he had a delay, then nothing. I wouldn’t buy anything for him ever! I’m going to do my best to let everyone else know what a scam artist he and his business really are. Don’t buy anything from him , unless you like throwing your money away. I hope I e saved any potential new customers some trouble.

I work for a big corporation that ordered from them and they took the money but never shipped the product or communicated.

So I ordered 2 different items 1 being a mask and 1 a costume. I have not paid yet, but the reason I decided to write a review is Robert has kept in excellent communication with me. Even with my personal issue happening at my home, he finished the costume and mask and sent me a video of it.
Now, you should base your decision on how many reviews someone has fairly and professionally provided. I noticed many 1 star reviews from former employees (I have had this same issue of employees performance was shi# and were terminated then left poor review which is wrong) which is concerning but does not accurately reflect on the product or service. Anyway, you get the point.
I am finished up my order this week and am looking forward to receiving the mask and costume. I'll additionally review the product since I believe Robert does excellent quality craftsmanship.

Update: Received the Beast mask and The Pumpkin stalker costume. Very, very excellent quality. I'll update you with pictures.

Ordered a mask and there was some problems with USPS. I was a bit iffy reading the other reviews, but after it got back to them, they sent it again and it was all good! Love the craftsmanship of what I received. Seems like they had a hard couple of years, but as far as I'm concerned, they seem to be getting back on track.

This company is amazing! The costumes props masks etc are 100% made to make you want more. If you need things for the halloween season this is the place to get it from!!!

P.s. I hate that people have to bash a company. If you didnt get paid maybe you didnt finish the job. You have to work in order to make money. If you dont work you dont get paid isnt that how it works??? Take the personal vendetta you have with this person and address it like a man not on social media. Pathetic excuse for people these days to where to have an out with a boss you try and exploit them. For what? Grow up and stop the drama! OTHER THAN THESE PEOPLE BEING RUDE! This company rocks!!!!

products are mediocre at best, owner does not pay employees, do not waste your time or money here, you probably wont receive what you buy anyway.
