Awesome variety of goods, produce and meat consistently fresh and helpful and polite staff adds to a positive shopping experience.

Store looks good and quite crowded even on a weekday, shelves were quite full even with customers queues at the checkout, staff were helpful too

What a difference, I enjoyed the walk, but unfortunately it is not the same anymore to many shops closed.

The staff here...hands down...the best customer service..friendly, attentive. It's also beautifully presented, clean and tidy. Pity about Tavern Lane being closed as it's a total inconvenience to visit the already out of area supermarket. Took 30 minutes to get out of NW and through the township..won't be visiting again any time soon.

Can be busy with traffic, but if your walking, lol its great. Different range of shops. Can look abit messy, a usual good local place to go. The library is within area. Supermarket is New World. Papatoetoe train station located further down road.

UN-ACCESSIBL. Soap dispenser NEVER WORKS. HUGE trolley loaded with filthy floor mats in it. Security tries to intimidate customers.

Staff member one particular supervisor has bad actitude .. was rude when I managed to get my whole book of kitchen cookware sticker and wanted my wok that I won.. she made my Blood boil with her horrible service.. always get your recipt from this place

Its fine. New world, 2 dollar shops, ATM's, vapes, liquor stores, takeaways, G.A.S station, library & RSA etc. Most convenient is the 24 hour Dairy & Laundromat which also accepts bank cards. I believe I saw a support centre for Islamic youth on the main street (it may not be described exactly that way but does cater for the youth as my memory recalls). I've seen one or more beauty stores. There are public toilets but they've never been open when I've had cause to be interested nor on another occasion when a friend needed them. Lacking any reason to think they aren't operational I can only imagine they must be very clean though I'm not able to confirm that one way or another. If you are shopping & have cause to need the toilets & expect them to be open you should cross your fingers,....or cross your legs.
