Really didn't like anything about this restaurant other than the old kind lady serving each customer with a smile and diligently taking orders and feedback. The dosa seemed bit too thick and soggy and chicken kotthu tasted quite dry. The medu vada looked like it had been fried long time back and just re-heated, which gave it a very peculiar smell

Top authentic food, very delicious, spicy is optional, super friendly owners. Simple restaurant atmosphere. We ate mixed curries, vegetarian and chicken, samosa, pappadam, Lassi. Typical cuisine. We come regularly.

The lady was so nice and welcoming, she treated us like we are her family. The food was authentic and delicious, it didn't take too long to be served too. All in all, an amazing experience. I recommend it if you're looking for a homely experience with good food and nothing too "fancy" .

Honestly I couldn't recommend this restaurant more. Authentic Sri Lankan food, great prices and absolutely friendly staff!

It’s like going to eat at your aunties house. Mrs. Lakshmi is so warm, and it just feels good to eat here.
There’s nothing fancy, no extra bells and whistles- which translates into NO FUSS’ AMAZING FOOD. Truly one of the BEST RESTAURANTS in Köln.
She started adding this folded dough with red stuff inside.

I also ate spicy and it was not too spicy! I’m not into spicy food, but I tried it and it was incredible! And mix all of the sauce she puts on the plate.

Visit with low expectations. They use really authentic spices that makes the food tastes like authentic Sri Laken or Indian but quality is poor. Snacks they prepare in the morning so obviously you don’t feel fresh when you go for dinner. So I would recommend to order curry or any other freshly made. If you are lucky you get fresh food else warm ones..

Fantastic food!!! A little diamond of a place for decent grub!!! Not expensive either, authentic n so friendly,if I'm here again in cologne I will definitely drop by👊👌
